After having numerous health issues which began in October of 2018 I decided to seek help from Cathy.. We know each other from Yoga and I wanted her advice on issues I was having. I was physically, emotionally and mentally exhausted from no one in the medical field providing me with answers. The sessions have improved my overall sense of well-being. I was very impatient but Cathy calmed me every step of the way. She has always encouraged me and assured me I would get better, but it would take time.I am feeling better now. Still working on a full recovery. Every day I have small victories which I know are helping me get better. The change in my diet has been rewarding. It isn’t a weight loss diet but one that has helped me to make better choices and eat healthy. From this program I know that it is up to me to help myself and make the difference.Our sessions have been remarkable. Each and everyone has helped me. I’ve laughed, cried, been frustrated and angry. You have brought me to a place of well-being and helped me through even when I was at my lowest point.My coach is wonderful. Shes gentle, kind, caring, a great listener, compassionate, gives of her time freely when needed and encouraging. The deep, intentional work that I have been doing with Cathy over the past four months has been incredibly meaningful and valuable. Cathy and I crossed paths last year at a networking event.
